Virtual Offices

Designed for professionals who do not need a physical office but need the many benefits that a physical office offers.  Based on your business needs, we offer a variety of Virtual Office packages.

Tier-1 Virtual Office

  • $50/month

 

  • Includes Mail Service Only 

 

  • Mail pick-up available during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm.

Tier-2 Virtual Office

  • $100/month
  • Includes Mail Service and Phone Service Only
  • Includes company mailbox and sorting of mail.  Mail pick-up available during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm.
  • Rent includes a virtual phone number, with a professional receptionist to answer and transfer calls during regular business hours.
  • A one-time fee of $100 will be assessed to set up phone and mailing services.

Tier-3 Virtual Office

  • $150/month
  • Includes Mail Service, Phone Service, and Meeting Room Usage*
  • Includes company mail box and sorting of mail.  Mail pick-up available during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm.
  • Rent includes a virtual phone number, with a professional receptionist to answer and transfer calls during regular business hours.
  • A one-time fee of $100 will be assessed to set up phone and mailing services.
  • For after-hour use of the Board Room and Media Center, a $45 deposit is required for a swipe card allowing building access.
  • Board Room and Media Center usage is limited to 8 hours of use per month during regular business hours.  After-hour usage is not restricted.  All room usage is on a first-come-first-serve basis and can be scheduled at the Reception Desk.
